How MINT Works

Every MINT journey begins with understanding what matters most to you. You may arrive knowing exactly which service you need, or you may want help making sense of your health and deciding where to begin. Either way, we’ll help you choose a clear starting point and understand what comes next.

The MINT Blueprint

If you already know which individual service you need, you can book it and get started. The MINT Blueprint is for people who want a more comprehensive understanding of their health, need help connecting the dots, or aren’t sure where to begin.

Through an initial conversation, a Functional Health Assessment, and an expert review of your results, we’ll identify what matters, clarify what could help, and build a personalized plan for moving forward.

Step 1 → INTRODUCTION

We start by getting to know you.

In a brief initial consultation, we’ll talk about what brought you to MINT, what you want help with, and what you hope to change. You may have a specific concern, a broader goal, or a sense that something isn’t working as well as it could.

You don’t need to arrive with the right words or know which services you need. This conversation helps us understand what matters most to you and determine whether the MINT Blueprint is the right place to start.

Step 2 → Get Started

After our initial conversation, we’ll confirm the right next step. If an individual service will give you what you need, you can book it and get started without completing the full Blueprint process.

If there’s more to understand, we’ll recommend a Functional Health Assessment. We may also recommend bloodwork analysis, a hormone panel, a DEXA body composition and bone density assessment, cognitive screening, or movement and functional assessments. These insights allow us to examine your health from multiple perspectives and personalize the assessment around you.

Step 3 → Assessment

Your Functional Health Assessment is a comprehensive, expert-led service designed to help us understand your health, identify opportunities for improvement and change, and create a personalized plan for the future.

We’ll explore your health history, lifestyle, goals, symptoms, routines, work demands, stressors, and the activities that matter most to you. We’ll then connect this information with any relevant assessment results to develop a more complete picture of how you’re functioning today. The assessment provides valuable insight and recommendations as a service in itself.

Step 4 → Action

Once your results are available, you’ll meet one-on-one with your MINT Health Strategist for a comprehensive review. Together, we’ll connect the dots between your health data, lifestyle, and goals to identify the factors most likely to improve your wellbeing, performance, and long-term health.

You’ll receive a tailored roadmap outlining the services, strategies, and recommendations best suited to your needs. This may include MINT Women, MINT Brain, MINT Physiology, MINT Condition, MINT Longevity, or a personalized combination of services designed specifically for you.

Find Your Mint Pathway

You don’t need to identify the right service or program before you reach out. Start with what you’re experiencing, what you want to change, or what you want to understand. We’ll help you connect it to the right place within MINT.
